Executive Board Coalition

Over the next month, our candidates will be discussing our priorities with candidates that are running for At Large positions on our Executive Board. An At Large position is a board representative that speaks for membership priorities at large (hence the name) across the institution.

As we talk with these candidates, we'll ask them to join our coalition. We will need a majority vote on the Executive Board in order to execute our plans. When we receive word from other candidates that they would like to join our coalition, we'll include their names below.

Some of whom, I've had a direct experience with, and can attest to their dedication to a Fair and Equal Contract and absolut committment to employee Solidarity. These are the type of advocates we want to at our side during contractual disputes and grievances. These are the people we want to guide our union, to push forward an ever improving contract that is employee focused so that regular folks like you and me can come to work without feeling grieved, maintain work-life balance without reprisal, earn a living wage and have a workplace thats acknowledges employees are more than just the work they do.

These are good people with good hearts as well as being deeply knowledgeable about OHSU and how it works. I believe in their abilities and their strength.
