Executive Committee member leaders should be champions that support the functional purpose of the association's goals. We believe the Executive Board of Local 328 must align the focus on ensuring the OHSU meets its obligations to the larger community by supporting our working members and their work environment through member organizing, education, and a robust steward program.
Sean Bovett - he/him
When not working on our phone system in ITG as a Unified Communications analyst and supporting our union as both a board member and committee chair, I like to spend my time with my wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. I enjoy woodworking, building and working on PC’s, and watching our local Portland Thorns NWSL team where me and my daughter have season tickets. For a quieter time I enjoy board games, reading, and watching movies with the family.

Allison Milian - she/her
A typical shift as a pharmacy technician at the Richmond Clinic Pharmacy is always busy, but Allison enjoys working with an amazing team and helping her patients access their meds. She also serves as a unit steward for Richmond Family medicine, and as a trustee on the local’s executive board. Outside of work, Allison loves going outside! Whether it be hiking, swimming, or just sitting under the sun, Allison embraces an opportunity to be outdoors with her partner and friends. Allison has also served her community as an organizer for ChingonasOutside, a cycling group for people of color that centers safety and accessibility. Allison also loves coloring, playing video games, reading, and dancing. Allison is our candidate for Vice President!
Trisha Crabb - she/her
During work hours, Trisha provides tech support for the School of Dentistry’s EHR systems. After hours you can find her playing board games with her spouse, daughter, and grandson. Any time not spent with their grandson is typically spent looking forward to the next time they see him. As often as she can Trisha gets out to the coast or the mountains with her husky for a long weekend to decompress from everything in the world. And it gives her spouse time to work on housing renovations. Elsewise Trisha can be found with her spouse and husky in tow hiking around Portland or with a gaggle of friends visiting some new bar. Trisha is our candidate for Secretary!
Brianna O'Loughlin - she/her
During the work day, Brianna can be found scheduling and supporting specialty peds patients in the Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic. As a proud east coast transplant, Brianna spends her off hours hoping the Buffalo Bills have a good season. Outside of football season, Brianna is often home with her partner and two dogs with her nose in a book or exploring Portland with her husky. Bri’s adventures through Portland will often lead her to a nursery and if she’s not careful she’ll get a few more plants to add to her collection. Brianna is our candidate for Treasurer!
CG Brothers - they/them
When they’re not working in Student Access or bullying the Employer, CG can usually be found at home with their spouse and two cats, Lovelace and Marvin. They love watching movies and playing video games with or without their cats getting in the way. Back when CG had free time, you could always find them with a D20 nearby or exploring the amazing food, cocktails, and beers throughout PDX. More recently though, they’ve rediscovered their childhood love of Legos and enjoying a good Libby audiobook. Be sure to ask them what they’ve read or watched recently, it’s probably something weird. CG is our candidate for Chief Steward!
